Pastor Scott Harris and his beloved wife of 35 years Alice, come to Ebenezer after serving 8 years as associate pastor at Faith EFC in Sparta Wisconsin. Approximately 25 years ago while living in Elmhurst IL., they answered God’s call to pursue pastoral ministry and began the long journey of going back to school. While working in the auto body repair business Scott received his undergraduate degree from Concordia University and his Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He was ordained August 2003 in the Evangelical Free Church of America.
 
They are blessed with loving families, many brothers and sisters in Christ and two adult sons and daughter-in-laws, Aaron and Maureen of Brooklyn, NY and Jon-Paul and Niki of Columbia MO.
            

 

                             

Johanna Chiarello has been the secretary at Ebenezer Ev. Free Church for two years.  She attended Prospect Hall, Secretarial College, and has worked in this field for various industrial companies, including more than two years in Germany.  Working there  prepared her for accepting German bilingual secretarial and translation positions upon returning to the United States. 

Her favorite pastime activities are attending classical concerts, swimming in the summer, and folk dancing in the winter.  She enjoys working at Ebenezer, for this is where our Lord wants her to be.
